The company is an industrial enterprise specialized in the design and manufacturing of boiler auxiliary equipment and various special equipment and heavy chemical equipment. As a holding subsidiary of XIZICE, it was established in December 2000, with registered capital of over 19.3 million yuan, and has grown into a fair scale after 15 years of development. The new factory building was completed in 2013, located to the north of Chongxian new factory area of XIZICE (formerly HBG), by the beautiful Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. It covers a land area of 87000 square meters, with floor space of about 60000 square meters. Now it has over 250 employees, including over 70 technical personnel of various specialties.

Since its establishment, the company has adhered to the tenet of “serving the society and making benefit for the humanity”, and energetically developed energy saving and environmental protection products encouraged by the state policy with technological innovation as the lead. Now it has formed five series of products: boiler auxiliary equipment, waste incineration grate bases, shield machines, boiler manufacturing special equipment and all kinds of non-standard equipment. Among them, the flue gas baffle door and sealing devices independently developed have been awarded national invention patent; gas turbine bypass system, hot water grate base, waste incineration grate and hydraulic slag extractor now take a large market share; in 2005, the company entered the metro sector, and it has successfully made 14 shield machines of various types, used in the tunnel project construction in China and other countries.

The company has established a complete quality management system and passed the review by ISO9000 China quality certification center; it was awarded with the title “Advanced enterprise with social responsibility” by the Hangzhou People’s Government; it is a high-tech enterprise of Zhejiang Province, and possesses over 10 invention patents. The technical team got the title “Model Collective of Hangzhou City” in 2010, and the shield project in cooperation with Zhejiang University was awarded with the “first prize of national science and technology progress award” in 2012.
